Relevant programmes:<\/p><ul><li>INTERREG PROGRAMMES<\/li><li>INNOVATION FUND<\/li><li>CEF<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some programmes where you can apply for funding.<\/p><h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Funding programmes<\/h2><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>JUST TRANSITION FUND<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new Just Transition Fund will support Zasavje and Savinjsko-\u0160ale\u0161ka regions in phasing out coal.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>INTERREG PROGRAMMES<\/strong><\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2950\" src=\"https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/interreg-logo-2022.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1902\" height=\"391\" srcset=\"https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/interreg-logo-2022.png 1902w, https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/interreg-logo-2022-400x82.png 400w, https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/interreg-logo-2022-1024x211.png 1024w, https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/interreg-logo-2022-768x158.png 768w, https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/interreg-logo-2022-1536x316.png 1536w, https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/interreg-logo-2022-18x4.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1902px) 100vw, 1902px\" \/><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can choose from a range of cross-border, transnational and interregional projects. The programmes are sustainably oriented with a focus on achieving ESG objectives. Eligible costs are small investments and primarily programme collaborations (realisation of pilot projects, small-scale research, development of new concepts, promotion of goodwill).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>INNOVATION FUND<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This call focuses on projects in four areas:<\/p><ul><li>Innovative electrification in industry and hydrogen (EUR 1 billion);<\/li><li>Clean-tech manufacturing (support for the production of components and final equipment such as electrolysers and fuel cells, innovative renewable equipment, energy storage or heat pumps) (EUR 700 million);<\/li><li>Medium-sized pilot projects that validate, test or optimise highly innovative solutions (EUR 300 million);<\/li><li>General decarbonisation, available to all projects eligible for Innovation Fund funding, except those falling under RePowerEU specific topics (EUR 1 billion).<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONNECTING EUROPE FACILITY \u2013 CEF<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three programme sectors:<\/p><ul><li>CEF Energy<\/li><li>CEF Telecom<\/li><li>CEF Transport (secure car parks, e-charging, multi-modal logistics platforms)<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eligible costs:<\/p><ul><li>Studies (including exploratory studies, feasibility studies, valuations, testing and validation studies, site surveys)<\/li><li>Implementation projects (including procurement, supply and implementation of components, systems and services, development, construction and installation, supply of installations)<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>INVESTMENT PROMOTION ACT (ZSInv)<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This law specifies the types of investment incentives, the conditions, criteria and procedure for granting investment incentives, and the activities for promoting investments and the internationalisation of companies.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It promotes projects:<\/p><ul><li>with an investment value of over EUR 12 million;<\/li><li>with investment in machinery and technological equipment accounting for at least 50% of eligible costs;<\/li><li>that create at least 25 jobs.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The intensity of the aid depends on the size of the company and the number of points it scored in the assessment.<\/p><ol start=\"31\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>ARTICLE<\/em><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Decree on granting regional aid and on methods for the implementation of regional employment initiatives and employment and investment tax relief.<\/em><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>When granting aid on the basis of a direct application under Article 31 of the decree, a project is considered to make a significant contribution to regional development through the creation or preservation of jobs if:<\/em><\/p><ul><li><em>it is located in a problem area with high unemployment or in a border problem area or in an area of autochthonous national communities or in an area of the Triglav National Park, and guarantees at least the preservation of existing jobs; or is to create at least 20 new jobs;<\/em><\/li><li><em>the investment documentation is prepared in accordance with the decree laying down a uniform methodology for the preparation and processing of investment documentation in the field of public finance;<\/em><\/li><li><em>the construction of facilities is planned on a site compliant with the zoning act, as evidenced by the attached opinion of the local self-governing authority.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ECO FUND<\/strong><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2951 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/eko_sklad_logo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"214\" height=\"87\" srcset=\"https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/eko_sklad_logo.png 214w, https:\/\/riso.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/eko_sklad_logo-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 214px) 100vw, 214px\" \/><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subsidies and soft loans for green investments<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Various programmes are promoted:<\/p><ul><li>heating and ventilation;<\/li><li>insulation and windows;<\/li><li>energy efficiency;<\/li><li>electricity self-supply;<\/li><li>construction or complete renovation of buildings;<\/li><li>vehicles and sustainable mobility infrastructure;<\/li><li>water;<\/li><li>air pollution reduction;<\/li><li>waste management and asbestos removal;<\/li><li>initial investments in environmental technologies.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the different programmes on their website: <a
