The process of choosing the contractor or private partner depends on the selected model.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The municipality, as the public partner, invests in the partnership primarily the fixed assets (buildings with associated land or land) and the cost of preparing the documentation for the selection of the private partner. The private partner realises the investment.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Duration of the public-private partnership:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Energy contracts up to 15 years.<\/li><li>Tourism projects from 20 to 25 years.<\/li><li>Investments in buildings (kindergartens, schools) from 20 to 25 years.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>When the PPP expires, the ownership of the entire investment is transferred to the municipality.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
